About Us

MANAGEMENT TEAM

David Rikard, CPA, Managing Partner

David has a BBA degree in accounting from University of Memphis. A life-long resident of the Midsouth, David holds a license to practice in both Tennessee and Arkansas. David has over 40 years of experience in both public and private accounting ranging from "Big 8” public accounting to Controller and CFO in private industry to his own practice in taxation and consulting. Focused on solving client problems, David has a broad background in accounting and management consulting projects ranging from establishing accounting systems from scratch to reorganizing long standing corporate structures. David is active in numerous civic and professional organizations and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brad Smylie, CPA, Senior Tax Manager

Brad has a Bachelor’s of Professional Accountancy and a Masters of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University. He and his team of professionals work closely with both individuals and small/medium size business owners on income tax and accounting issues. Brad has over 20 years’ experience providing quality tax planning and return preparation. He stays informed on the latest updates to tax legislation in order to help clients navigate new potential opportunities and challenges and is a member of both the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Vickie Moore Krebs, Operations Manager

Vickie has over 25 years’ experience working with David Rikard to ensure excellent customer service for our tax and accounting clients. In her role as Operations Manager, Vickie ensures that the administrative functions and system connectivity of both our Memphis TN and Marion AR offices run smoothly.
